Doula Mentorship

I am offering my support and experience as a successful birth and postpartum doula to help new and emerging doulas feel more confident as they establish their business and work with their own clients.

I remember being a new doula and contacting my training organisation, I told them that I would love ongoing support post qualification but they didn’t offer any. I felt lost but I had to figure things out the hard way.

I want to fill this gap for others.

To help other doulas to feel confident, to put themselves out there and know that they’re making a difference. I want everyone to have a great experience with doulas, and for those doulas to feel great about the service and support that they offer.

The Flourish Container

This is a nurturing 6 month relationship where I walk with you as you refine and establish your business. You’ll have content to work through at your own pace covering:

• Mindset

• Service Structure

• Navigating the System

• Business Planning

• Marketing

• Debriefing

• Networking

We’ll meet in person or online every few weeks for the first 3 months so that we can consolidate the learnings from the content as well as work through what’s happening in your business in real time. The last 3 months we’ll work together over Voxxer as you start to serve your clients more confidently.

These chats are quick, one offs as and when you need them. Do you have something specific to work through? Or a list of things? Let’s dive into it during an hour together…..

It can be anything from nailing down your interview technique, refining your answers to common questions, looking at your marketing, debriefing a birth experience, how to prepare your clients for a specific situation, how to work with hospital staff - literally anything!
